The Review System

The review system is in place to allow users to review changes that have been proposed before they are approved. This acts as an alert to users to make them aware of the upcoming change and that they may have to complete another process. For example, if the date on a Share Class changes, users can review this change and complete any external tasks that need to be dealt with, outside of Fundipedia.


Making a Field Require Review


To begin, go to the Admin area:



Using the navigation pane to the left of the page, go to the Schema tab:



Within the schema, navigate to the field you wish to edit:



Here you can choose if a field requires review:


Reviewing Changes to Fields


When you have reviews to approve, these appear in the Reviews section:



To approve or reject these changes, click the relevant button here:
